CPSF1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,153 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYT1B-AS1, RN7SL323P, and RNA5SP432. Each is linked with CPSF1P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
