Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPSF1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CPSF1P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CPSF1P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPSF1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and PAAD show a favorable association.
LUSC, THYM, and THCA are the cancer types where CPSF1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
