Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,460 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPSF1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, Respiratory chain complex IV assembly, and Establishment of protein localization to mitochondrial membrane. Each is linked with CPSF1P2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF1P2 results are reported.
