CPSF1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,421 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A4-AS1, RFPL2, and SLC5A4. Each is linked with CPSF1P1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
