Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,020 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPSF1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to peroxisome, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, and Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction. Each is linked with CPSF1P1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF1P1 results are reported.
