CPS1-IT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPS1-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,834 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPS1-IT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sulfur amino acid metabolic process, Response to purine-containing compound, and Pyrimidine nucleobase biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CPS1-IT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPS1-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-CPS1-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sulfur amino acid metabolic process grouped by CPS1-IT1-low versus CPS1-IT1-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPS1-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPS1-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
