CPOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYLC2, C1QC, and MOS. Each is linked with CPOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPOX-to-partner and partner-to-CPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYLC2 grouped by CPOX-low versus CPOX-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
