CPN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, CCL21, and C9orf92. Each is linked with CPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPN2-to-partner and partner-to-CPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by CPN2-low versus CPN2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
