Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,561 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPEB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM237, ZNF670, and LYRM4. Each is linked with CPEB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB4-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB4 versus TMEM237 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
