Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,647 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPEB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, ECI1, and THAP3. Each is linked with CPEB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB4-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by CPEB4-low versus CPEB4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
