Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Rad50, and TFRC. Each is linked with CPEB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB4-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB4 results are reported.
