CPEB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPEB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,715 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24A, AFF4, and ARFGEF2. Each is linked with CPEB4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB4-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB4 versus SEC24A in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
