Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPEB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELSPBP1, AMELY, and CLPS. Each is linked with CPEB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB4-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB4 results are reported.
