CPEB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,386 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD4, CKAP4, and MMP14. Each is linked with CPEB3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB3-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB3 versus PDCD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
