CPEB3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD276, GLIS2, and WDR90. Each is linked with CPEB3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB3-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB3 versus CD276 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
