CPEB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8055, NF1P4, and RN7SL398P. Each is linked with CPEB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB3-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8055 grouped by CPEB3-low versus CPEB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
