CPEB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPEB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 657 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB10, GCAT, and CCDC134. Each is linked with CPEB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB3-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB10 grouped by CPEB3-low versus CPEB3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
