CPEB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,003 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, TLN2, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with CPEB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB1-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
