COX7C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,359 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTF3, UQCRQ, and TBCA. Each is linked with COX7C in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7C-to-partner and partner-to-COX7C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX7C versus BTF3 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
