COX7C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,409 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX7C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCA, ERBIN, and MSH3. Each is linked with COX7C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7C-to-partner and partner-to-COX7C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX7C versus TBCA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
