Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,659 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3H1, YPEL4, and MYO9B. Each is linked with COX7C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7C-to-partner and partner-to-COX7C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX7C versus P3H1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
