Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,076 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRQ, NDUFA13, and ATP5F1D. Each is linked with COX5B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX5B-to-partner and partner-to-COX5B results are reported.
