COX5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,765 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLIRP, GOT1, and SFXN3. Each is linked with COX5B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX5B-to-partner and partner-to-COX5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX5B versus SLIRP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
