Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,039 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, FN1, and RCN3. Each is linked with COX5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX5B-to-partner and partner-to-COX5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX5B versus PCOLCE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
