Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,739 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA1, ATP5ME, and COX6A1. Each is linked with COX5B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX5B-to-partner and partner-to-COX5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX5B versus NDUFA1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
