COX4I2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX4I2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,205 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX4I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP55, MAN2B1, and TLE5. Each is linked with COX4I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX4I2-to-partner and partner-to-COX4I2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX4I2 versus PPIAP55 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX4I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX4I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
