COX4I2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX4I2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX4I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP59, MIR5188, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with COX4I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX4I2-to-partner and partner-to-COX4I2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP59 grouped by COX4I2-low versus COX4I2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX4I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX4I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
