COX17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,841 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDEL1, ZNF286A, and AJUBA. Each is linked with COX17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX17-to-partner and partner-to-COX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX17 versus NDEL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
