Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RPS29P32, and SNORD116-10. Each is linked with COX17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX17-to-partner and partner-to-COX17 results are reported.
