Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, IQCF5, and OR7E37P. Each is linked with COX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX10-to-partner and partner-to-COX10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by COX10-low versus COX10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
