CORO2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,826 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NANS, FAM120A, and GSR. Each is linked with CORO2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO2A-to-partner and partner-to-CORO2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO2A versus NANS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
