CORO1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SKP286, and OR5AP2. Each is linked with CORO1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1A-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by CORO1A-low versus CORO1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
