COPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP394, RNU6-878P, and IGHD5-24. Each is linked with COPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPE-to-partner and partner-to-COPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP394 grouped by COPE-low versus COPE-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
