COMMD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,105 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RALY, ADNP, and DLGAP4. Each is linked with COMMD7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD7-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD7 versus RALY in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
