COMMD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,308 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNMT1, PCLAF, and H3C3. Each is linked with COMMD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD7-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD7 versus DNMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
