Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3663, DEFB119, and RNU6-733P. Each is linked with COMMD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD7-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3663 grouped by COMMD7-low versus COMMD7-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
