Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMMD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,601 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response, and Biological process involved in symbiotic interaction. Each is linked with COMMD7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD7-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD7 results are reported.
