COMMD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMMD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETDC, REG1B, and PRR20B. Each is linked with COMMD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD7-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETDC grouped by COMMD7-low versus COMMD7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
