COMMD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMMD7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,165 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BICD1, INPP5B, and INO80D. Each is linked with COMMD7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD7-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BICD1 grouped by COMMD7-low versus COMMD7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
