Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,957 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN1C1, COLEC12, and PBK. Each is linked with COMMD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD5-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD5 results are reported.
