Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,901 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG12, C5orf15, and TRAPPC13. Each is linked with COMMD10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD10-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD10 versus ATG12 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
