Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 8 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of COMMD10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where COMMD10 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types COMMD10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUSC and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LIHC, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where COMMD10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
