Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, CCNA2, and OIP5. Each is linked with COMMD10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD10-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD10 versus FAM83D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
