Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMMD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,385 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Positive regulation of ligase activity, and Positive regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with COMMD10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD10-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD10 results are reported.
