COLEC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLEC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLGRKT, TEDC1, and FAXDC2. Each is linked with COLEC12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLGRKT grouped by COLEC12-low versus COLEC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
