COL2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRH, DEPDC1, and UFD1. Each is linked with COL2A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH grouped by COL2A1-low versus COL2A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
