COL1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,647 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, AURKB, and RAD51. Each is linked with COL1A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL1A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by COL1A2-low versus COL1A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
