COG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP49, LINC02634, and WDR82P2. Each is linked with COG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG2-to-partner and partner-to-COG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP49 grouped by COG2-low versus COG2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
