Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02634 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02634 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02634 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC02634 RNA expression shows 6,607 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC02634 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
