COG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T35, FABP9, and GKN1. Each is linked with COG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG1-to-partner and partner-to-COG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T35 grouped by COG1-low versus COG1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
